QCS Scanner

QCS stands for Quality Control System, a core online monitoring and control device for paper machines. The detection/execution equipment of DCQCS system includes scanning rack system, concentration sensor, flow sensor and various intelligent control valves, which are the foundation of QCS-ZQSMART system.

Note：

Dynamic detection accuracy assessment method: Fix a piece of paper in the scanning frame, run the probe from the left limit to the right limit, calculate the average value, repeat 20 times, calculate 2σ for 20 data.

Control accuracy test: Take several rolls of paper and sample each roll of paper (generally 20) banner quantity and moisture average for 2σ calculation.
